If you purchase In-app items successfully (PREMIUM, Linked Wallet Subscription plan or Icon Pack) but your account status has been not updated or can not download purchased icons afterwards, please follow instruction below.
🔻 Go to Account (Android) or More (iOS) menu on Tab bar.
🔻 Go to Store
🔻 Tap RESTORE PURCHASE
If it does not work, please re-try with good Internet connection.
After success restore, your account status is automatically updated. Please let us know if it does not work for you via email.
⭕ Please ensure your account has been deducted from Google Play or AppStore payment.
